Grow Team Effectiveness

During Phase 2, your team will discover the path forward and build the skills and practices needed to overcome obstacles to team effectiveness. We’ll assess your team’s strengths and gaps, co-create a plan to tackle the most pressing issues, and address the top three priority areas through tailored workshops, skill-building, and real-time application. You and your team will choose which of the following competencies to focus on.
